Sony Ericsson T206 review

The Sony Ericsson T206 was not anything to shout about, especially after such a great first year. The T206 was a very basic phone which was just another simple phone following Sony Ericssons ‘T’ series. The T206 had all the same features of the T200 except a black and white screen instead of an electric blue background. The T206 was not a great phone, although very durable and had good service which had been made better since the other phones in the ‘T’ series which people had complained about. Some people said that the T206 initially had major problems which sorted out after a while and others said the T206 started off brilliantly and then developed problems after having it for a while, strange but true it seems. Problems whether they start to happen after a while or if they started happening straight away include glitches in the screen i.e. the screen fading in and out while roaming the menu or while making a call, the battery draining quickly, problems with hearing people/people being able to hear you. Positives points were that the voice dialling worked very well, the phone was small and lightweight and people liked that fact that the T206 lets you assign different rings to different people in the phonebook. All in all Sony Ericssons T206 was not a huge success and not a great start to 2003.
