In less than 1 year it's has had to be returned 6 times with the same fault - cannot hear anything unless its on loud speaker and if I try to send multiple texts or texts more that one text long it sends them as a picture message. I have now been told that these were all known problems with this phone; not that that was explained when it was sold to me. Am very disappointed and if honest have lost my faith in sony ericsson phones. Would advise anyone to think twice about this phone.
